How fast does this actually move?

What do I actually get from the audit?
Your critical conversion path, customer journey and heuristic analysis. The one flow everything else depends on.
How many revisions are in the sprint?
Two structured feedback rounds built into the 2-week timeline. Each has a 24-hour window to keep delivery on schedule. If direction shifts based on your input, we adjust in round two. If scope expands significantly, we align on it before it moves, you always know what's happening and why.
What's in scope and what's outside it?
In scope: product flows, component system, brand coherence, dev-ready specs, investor deck alignment.
Outside scope: code, developer management, copywriting, brand photography, performance marketing. Design the system and hand it off clean so your team can build with full context.
What if the audit finds everything is already working?
Then the audit is on us. If we go through your full product and the system is coherent, the trust signals are landing, and there's nothing meaningful to prioritize, I'll tell you on the call and close it out. The guarantee is real.
Who else needs to be involved in this decision?
If you need a co-founder or investor aligned on the $1,9K before booking, have that conversation first. The diagnosis is structured to be a solo founder call. The sprint conversation can include whoever needs to be in the room.
Why do I need the audit before the sprint?
The audit is how I scope the sprint accurately, for both of us. Every sprint that moved metrics started with a diagnosis that surfaced something the founder wasn't expecting. That's the point of doing it in order.
Is this the right fit for my stage?
